Artist's Comments

a reinterpretation of some meat.. 2 years later..

Daily Deviation

Given 2005-02-06

We generally see photos that are representations of how the artist sees life: portraits, landscapes, beautiful scenery.... In dinner by *dollseye, we are confronted by an intimate, and perhaps disturbing, diorama that is crafted by the photographer and used as the subject of the photo, among other interpretive ideas. This could also be included in the mixed-media sculpture category, and for that reason, I have featured it as a DD. (Featured by `alchemism)

just because you're lost doesn't mean your compass is broken

The little people you work with often seem to be living cloistered lives in cramped corners, occasionally being forced together to enact all manner of beauty and brutality. Your mind must be a labyrinth of delicious cruelties.
